Okay, so when I became a mom there were two things I swore I would never do:
1. Drive a mini-van
2. Start a blog
........well, I am here to admit that I have officially broken both of those vows. However, I have to say it is quite fun to do both!! Judah is changing every day, and hitting milestones all the time....and I find myself wanting to call and tell everyone about them. Then I realize, everyone may not want a call to let them know his drool and spit up is on a rise, and now he is going through at least 3 bibs a day- if not more. Or that he is fascinated by pulling and chewing on his toes (as a matter of fact, Nathaniel and I are fascinated as well.....because trying that as adults is well......not so attractive I must say....and I will leave it at that!)
Anyways, if you are interested in the details of our lives, this blog is for you! It is my intention to try to keep it as updated with news and pictures as possible.....wish me luck!

What an adorable baby!!! And he has such good fashion taste. I'm glad that you've started a blog (and that you're driving a mini-van). We love our baby nephew and are sorry we don't see him more. We'll have to come visit soon.
Love, Auntie Liza and Uncle Ben
What a cutie! I think that is a great idea to keep a blog. I love looking at those photos of Judah. Keep up the blogging!
That's my boy!!!
I'm so glad my wife takes the time to do great stuff like this. I spend all my blog-time on theological/apologetics sites. My favorite right now is signofjonah@wordpress.com.
you should really shoot some comparison photos of how BIG andre the giant is! i can't wait until he's in WWE! i look forward to your new-found blogginess.

Notes from dad....
Judah has been laughing a lot more lately than I've ever noticed. This Sunday the fam went up to Craggy Pinnacle for a picnic and hike. It was great. My son laughed in the face of nearly everyone who looked his way on the hike up. I take delight in his laughter.
After some reflection I realized that his silly giggles will not always make me smile in return. I know that when he laughs in my face at age 16 my reaction will be (appropriately) entirely different than today at 6 months. But, man is it cute now.
With knowledge comes responsibility. Part of growing up is realizing the serious stuff. However, the world joins with the child who laughs because he does not know. We are surrounded by seeming aburdity which causes both laughter and tears. Many times we do not know one from the other. Should we laugh or should we cry.
Babies always cry first. But, after awhile, they learn that life does have a lighter side. And, then its o.k. to break into a chuckle in Daddy's arms. He invites all little children to cast off the spirit of heaviness for garments of praise...for unto such is the Kingdom of Heaven.
Nathaniel,
It's OK to be a bit proud about children. Wow. Enjoy today. I blinked yesterday and today my children are in college.
